Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit and may require payment in full before a future booking.
Before your appointment
Please arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. Avoid caffeine when possible and remove contact lenses before lash services.
After your appointment
If you have any problems right after your appointment, you must notify me within a 24-hour period so I can try and fix any problems, regardless of the service provided.
Lash Extension Preparation
Please avoid: * Mascara for 24 hours before your appointment * Curling your lashes * Oil-based makeup removers * Heavy eye creams * Waterproof mascara
Brow Preparation
Please avoid Retinol, Tretinoin, Adapalene, Accutane, Glycolic acid, Salicylic acid, Chemical peels, and Facial exfoliation around the brow area before your appointment. Please inform me if you have recently used any prescription skincare products.
Waxing Preparation
For your safety, please let me know if you use: *Retinol *Retin-A *Tretinoin *Accutane *Adapalene *Benzoyl peroxide *Glycolic acid *Chemical peels *Recent laser treatments *Recent sunburn These products and irritants can make the skin more sensitive and increase the risk of irritation during waxing.

How long do lash extensions last?+
With proper care and fills every 2–3 weeks, lash extensions can be maintained indefinitely.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?+
No. When properly applied and cared for, they should not damage healthy natural lashes.
How long do appointments take?+
Full sets take approximately 1.5–2 hours, fills about 1 hour, lash lifts about 45 minutes, and brow lamination 45–60 minutes.
Can I wear makeup?+
Yes, but avoid oil-based products around lashes and brows.
What's a Korean Lash Lift?+
A gentle lash lift technique that creates a soft, natural-looking curl while lifting your lashes from the root for a longer, healthier appearance. Results typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle.
